The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) welcomes you to the 20th Asia Pacific Submarine Conference (APSC) with great pleasure and pride. We warmly greet representatives from various nations and organizations who will convene from 30th September to 2nd October 2024 at the Pacific Sutera Harbour in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

This conference aims to strengthen cooperation in submarine safety for operations within the Asia Pacific region. This annual gathering provides a platform for sharing experiences and knowledge on submarine survivability, escape and rescue by fostering mutual understanding and trust among participating countries. Moreover, it offers a valuable opportunity for networking and establishing fruitful connections among participants.
